    Is there a way to notify colleagues (and preferably customers) if a person is Out-Of-Office?

    Currently when you assign a resource to a ticket, you can select anyone in the list that is contained in a queue even if he/she has approved time off.
    If a resource is out of office and you do not know about it, then you could assign a ticket to that person that may be critical and end up missing your SLA.

    I could not find any way in the workflow rules to address this issue…
